Cata is a social environmentalist and practical activist. In 2014 she founded The Wellhouse Foundation, a wellbeing initiative developing nationally funded programmes working with communities, businesses & schools through mindfulness, yoga, movement and connection with the environment.
She led programmes teaching Heads of Business & Schools to nurture resilience in communities, trained teachers and community leaders, and headed up teams of Third Sector operational managers and fundraisers.
This year she established the unpackaged and zero waste shop, Resource General Store, on Timber Hill in Norwich.
She gives talks to support families and businesses to take practical action rather than switch off in response to the overwhelming evidence of climate change and human impact. Marie is a fashion designer who has worked for leading fashion brands including Alex- ander McQueen, Mulberry, M&S and Topshop. Founder of The Trend Academy, she has just co-written a new BA (Hons) Fashion Degree for a UK University which integrates wellbeing and sustainability into the curriculum and gets invited to speak at industry events across the country about fashion, self care and resilience. She helps students become ‘industry-ready’ and more recently is working with leaders to help them cope with stress and burn-out and is developing programmes for businesses to help their teams look after their mental health and wellbeing.
Layla works on an ESF funded project that supports small to medium sized businesses in Norfolk to host apprentices. Layla specializes in working with vulnerable young people who may have additional barriers to completing an apprenticeship to give them the tools and skills to be successful in their work and education. Layla is also a mental health trainer and delivers free sessions to businesses hosting apprentices in order to increase mental health safety and awareness in the workplace. Layla currently manages 15 young people working in a variety of sectors across Norfolk.

Sean grew up in rural North Norfolk and founded his first busness Cannon & Cannon Fine Foods in 2011 and has since founded several food and drink related companies from meat snacks to fine wine. Sean is currently taking Cannon & Cannon national and then global, from £1.2M in turnover to £5M in projected sales. Sean has also directly raised more than £1M in seed capital for various projects via angel investor networks, crowdfunding or business finance and regularly appears in the media as a recognised voice and expert in the sector most notably as the charcuterie expert on C4's Sunday Brunch. Ten years ago, after chatting to a diplomat on a spontaneous flight to Antigua – Helen found herself moving to a slum in Bangladesh to work for a women’s empowerment organisation. During this time, she fell in love with undiscovered corners of the globe and decided to forge a career in adventure and ethical travel.

Dan Harris is a social entrepreneur who is never happier than when he’s applying his creativity to a community of interest co-operative business. A keen baker and bicyclist Dan, won the Co-operatives UK award for Innovation in Co-operative Excellence in 2011 for his work in setting up Cycle Oxford, a bike co-operative with over 450 members. This year he successfully crowdfunded to set up a new co-operative to inspire acts of bee saviour citizenship. Setting out to raise £8k, this crowdfunding campaign raised over £20k and received support from over 1500 people; inspiring Bee Saviour Citizens in 14 countries.

Hannah Wooller is an accredited conservation architect, MD and Head of Heritage & Culture at Hudson Architects, an award-winning architect’s studio in Norwich. She has a wealth of experience leading architectural and exhibition design teams on regeneration and cultural reinterpretation projects across the UK.
Hannah is delivering the HLF funded redevelopment of Grade 1 Listed Aldeburgh Museum and advising local Norfolk Councils on the potential for developing their underused buildings as creative workspaces. Hannah is an advocate of STEM teaching and undertakes regular engagement sessions at primary and secondary level. She has been visiting critic on the Liverpool MArch course and at NUA. Hannah is a trustee at SeaChange Arts, Great Yarmouth.

Kaavous Clayton has instigated several creative activities in the eastern region, including: co-founding OUTPOST artist run gallery in 200; setting up Kaavous-Bhoyroo arts commissioning agency in 2008; curating and project managing Easter Pavilions in 2013 (a series of exhibitions, performances and talks and a print portfolio,); and created The Waiting Room in Colchester with Marc De’ath –an unused bus station waiting room transformed into a space for creative creation.
After a long career in further education, I am using the knowledge and experience I acquired in my role as Business & Skills Support Coordinator in the Economic Growth team. I work with employers to promote apprenticeships, identify skills and training needs, overcome barriers to recruitment and broker engagement between employers and our local secondary schools and colleges. As a naturally curious person, I find this role very satisfying, although sometimes frustrating as there is a lack of accessible training provision, particularly in engineering related skills. Recently I became a governor of the Short Stay Schools Network.

The ensemble has played to over 100,000 audience members in 112 theatres across the UK and internationally, winning multiple awards. Six of our plays have published 6 times by Bloomsbury. In 2018, curious directive won the prestigious status of an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation, with support until 2022. We recently created GASTRONOMIC a collaboration with 5 Norwich restaurants fusing great food with Augmented Reality, made in collaboration with National Theatre Immersive Storytelling Studio and Norwich Theatre Royal.
Curious directive recently moved into its first permanent home on Elm Hill. From here we run The Nave– an affordable creative co-working space – the first of a series of small-scale social enterprises launched by the company, to create a more sustained model for the organization.
2019 plans include touring to Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, South Africa and Russia as well as a London transfer for GASTRONOMIC.
